Does Anyone Know how to get service from Tmobil?

I have the worst service where I live.   I have 0 to 1 bar most of the time.  Even better it's SOS and then a text telling me I'm on Satellite now for SMS.

I can't get a person on the phone.  I've been sent to Apple to get my device checkout it's fine.  two month old iPhone 16ProMax no issues.  When I drive someplace else I usually get signal.  The 5g Coverage is no where to be found.  Actually no signal here at all.

Any suggestions?
