Deceived by T-Mobile
I normally don’t leave a bad review but this has got me very frustrated and upset. I signed up through T-Mobile an only because of a special promotion they were having “sign up and get a $300 rebate.” Type of thing. So I signed up and thought I was going to get a rebate. Its been more than 10 weeks I have been patiently waiting, but now I am told that I do not qualify for the rebate and I’ll have to upgrade my plan and wait another 10 weeks for said rebate that was already part of the deal. At no point from the time I signed up or when I was checking the status of my rebate or when I got notifications saying what my promotion number was and that it was correct. No one indicated that I had to do anything different than wait for 10 weeks basically to get my rebate. They wait until I just asked today to tell me i couldn’t get it over 10 weeks of waiting. So why did I get a notification with a promotion confirmation number and all of that for something that I’m now being told am ineligible for? It ludicrous and no one seems to be able to fix it whatsoever they just tell me basically I’m sorry and that’s all we can do is upgrade your plan and wait another 10 weeks no I don’t think I’ll be waiting for another 10 weeks just to be told the thing. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with T-Mobile. I was a customer but no longer am and I want everyone to know how I was treated and dismissed and deceived by T-Mobile.
