Customer service is useless
They have the worst customer service. I am so over tmobile. They are useless in every way possible. I have a phone that I pay for 5g and the service never works. I have connected customer service man...
The ONLY way I get anything accomplished with this crap company is to file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General of my state, both can be done online and forces T-Mobile to act.
