Coverage changed
Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon a few months ago. Coverage at my cabin has been fine until 2 weeks ago. Now coverage drops for extended periods of time at the same location. T-Mobile coverage maps show solid coverage. What's going on? Coverage area zip code is 98862.

I've been searching this forum for info on the same issue, but here in the Midwest. I actually live next to our tower and although it looks like we are in a covered area, I loose all cellular and internet service mid-morning thru late evening every day the last two weeks. The master ticket on the tower indicates the equipment is overheating. That dead tower puts too much activity on the next closest tower and we can't get a signal from there either. A&T owns the equipment, T-Mobile leases it, and there's no schedule for repairing the issue. As much as I hate to drop T-Mobile, it looks like I have to switch my provider.

How did you get the information on the cause? Have you been able to talk to TMobile technical people?

Yes, I asked to speak with someone in technical. They opened the tickets and explained the situation. The last person I spoke with was very transparent which I appreciated.
