Continued poor T-Mobile coverage

I have been with T-Mobile for at least 10 years now and the coverage in my area has never improved.  SAD!

I live only a few miles from SF International Airport in the northern part of Silicon Valley.  Why would TM coverage in such a tech heavy area be so poor?

Attached are a couple of examples of the poor quality signal that is common to me.  If it weren't for Wi-Fi, I could not stay with TM due to the consistent weak signals.

Whose feet at TM do I have to kiss to get the cell coverage improved in this area?

You can alwaya reach Support by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line.  The screenshots are clear now.  Mobile Edge has bwen awful lately   What device are you using?  Band 66 definitely isn't great.

611 only gets you to their overseas call center. They have no technical expertise and there is no way to submit an email documenting the poor service as I am able to collect with the tools I have.

I believe this is as designed by TM.

Maybe I'll escalate this to X or similar.

Here's another low/no service location just a few miles from the location above.  Again, this is the northern part of Silicon Valley!  Not Podunk, ID.

There is a lot more than just the towers involved in how the services and that experience is on your device.  Not all devices have good radios/modems.  A perfect example of this are the iPhone XS all of the way up to the iPhone 14's.  The 15's got better but the 16's have definitely improved.  Samsung's flagships are consistently great for cellular reception with the 5400 modem in the Pixel 9 series being a massive improvement for pixel devices as well.  Maybe you should consider trying a different device.

Do you work for TM?  If not, then why would you be making excuses for them?

Sorry but I don't have another device to use.  Why not go to the location shown in the the image I posted and show us the strength of your connection instead of "supposin"?  If you can't do that, then any guesses you may make are not helpful.

I do not work for T-Mobile.  The text in the image are not clear for me.  That might be because I am on mobile.  Customers experiencing issues should be able to do reasonable troubleshooting.  Have you tried a network reset from the settings of your device followed by powering off the device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh the connection to the T-Mobile network?
