call stuck on 00:00 then the call ends/the call won’t connect and it goes straight to voicemail.
I have had this problem since November. Someone will call me and i will either swipe to answer or hit the green button and the call will get stuck on 00:00 then just hang up or I will try to call someone and the call won’t connect and it just goes straight to voicemail multiple times. I have tried changing my call settings from wifi calling to no wifi calling to lte to 5g. I even got a new phone thinking it was a problem because of an old phone. Tmobile reset my esim and the problem still persist. I was wondering if this was happening to anyone else.
The only time I have ever heard of an iasue like this, was with an old Samsung device that was beyond the support window. The user upgraded to an s22 Ultra but used SmartSwitch, bringing the issue over to the new device. Id this is similar to your situation, a factory reset without restoring any backuos will resolve the issue.
