Backup to Starlink on other devices

Is there any plan to allow Starlink on devices other than phone.  I have a place that has terrible cellular, data, and internet access.  I have used a hotspot for alarm backup in the past but its spotty at best.  Any idea if they plan to allow access to the Starlink service over the mobile hotspots.  Even basic minimal data would be better than I have now.
