5G home internet

I’ve had the home internet router for over a year now and it has performed to my liking but for the past 3 days it has been giving me hell i play on the new Xbox series x and my NAT type keeps changing from open to moderate affecting my ability to play anything at all and then at random I’ll have a spike of packet loss making it even worse I’ve tried troubleshooting my gateway and Xbox but the issues persist to it is ruining my pass time and hobby I’ve become very aggravated and thinking about terminating my line since the issues are currently unsolvable
