2g weak, 5g not connecting.
After several months of service, lately 5g connection does not succeed. 2g connection is weak. Our 5g signal when connected is typically: RSRQ. -11 RSRP -88 SINR 23 BAND n41 Is there a 5g outag...
I’d call T-Mobile (use their social media or T-Mobile app if you can).
I know that in some areas, T-Mobile is ‘rebuilding’ (Santa Barbara → San Luis Obispo, CA), and service is all over the place - getting roaming at times.
I had great service for a few months and now I can’t have anything connected to my router via WiFi except my tv or else I can’t stream. I called and they basically told me the signal was “congested” during busy times and until they upgrade their towers there’s nothing that can be done. The price is great but I don’t know how much more I can take of the crappy service.
