T-Mobile is making me an alcoholic.
I have used auto pay on and off . In April I signed back up with autopay. I received a text message in May saying my autopay went through for 108.90 My plan is 50$ month I always end up paying 54....
If you are on the latest “Essentials” plan, that one does not include taxes like the other plans. The part about “pay again to get a refund” is bizarre. I’ve had a couple times where my account balance was negative due to refunds. Maybe try escalating to T Force on FB or Instagram?
