T-mobile Complaint
I returned unopened phone(google pixel) back to T-mobile using the returned shipping label(UPS). The package was received by T-mobile on 12/13/2024. T-mobile is still charging me monthly for the returned phone. T-mobile gave me a credit for the first month instead of removing the charge and was told that it would be resolved soon. I got the same charge again in February and ended up paying as I am setup for AutoPay. I was told that they received the package but were not able to track the IMEI.
Need a speedy resolution as I have spent considerable amount of time on phone providing all the details to CSR. Thanks!

This is basically a user to user forum with some T-Mobile moderation that don't have account access so try using messenger on one of T-Mobile's social media accounts .
