T-mobile is actually bad on keeping their promises. I had that experience too. This company sucks. I am also being overbilled every month. That made me remove the autopay otherwise T-Mobile will be taking out more money from my bank. At one time I was overbilled with $280.00, since I was on auto pay, that was taken from my bank account, then when I called they refuse to give back the amount, that it will be an advance payment for the following month.
