Metro PCS is a rip off

I dont know who else to contact, but i paid my monthly service ans they shut my phone off. I called customer service and they turned my phone back on. a week later it was off again so i paid for my service ans didnt really get to use it after being on tge phone for one hour they wanted me to pay 163 more which is crazy to me. i paid for my phone and its still not on. and calling to speak to a supervisior doesnt help.
