Billing Complaint
I talked to a representative and a supervisor on September 29 for over an hour. It was regarding a conflict with billing, for the second time, and a promise that was made to me from a previous call. I was texted by Lyka 18009378997 regarding making an appointment for Wednesday, October 4. In the text, they would call me about their results in an investigation about the promise of a monthly rate that another representative and supervisor made with me. I changed my work schedule to accommodate this appointment. Lyka did not call. The supervisor I spoke with on 9/29 did not call.
Ever since I switched to T-Mobile in August, I have had incorrect billing statements, verbal promises made that apparently were lies, and a telephone appointment set by the supervisor on 9/29 that he and Lyka missed. My conclusion is that T-Mobile is a disreputable company that is taking advantage of me.
