Suspended Lines - Not Even 30 Days Past Due

Yea I was thinking legal ramifications need to follow for the suspended line fee and the charge for reps to take a payment. The older community like live agents. The suspended lines have several issues. If you already suspended it just leads to further failed payment arrangements that were basically forced since you have to make an arrangement to even get the service back on. An arrangement that more than likely you can't pay in the next two weeks or so. So its a cat mouse game affecting a certain demographics only. Predatory and excessive are these fees
