how can i activate prepaid sim that was in use june2022

I was in Los Angeles in June 2022 when I purchased a prepaid SIM card.  I am now in Hong Kong.  Is there anyway I can activate the prepaid card as I believe it has been cancelled as the SIM card has not been in use for the last few months.
