Can someone make sense of this? 

They gave me a credit on my account for a restoration fee of $60 to then the next month charge me the $60 plus tax! So essentially I got a $60 loan! Mind you, this was not my fault. Some way there was someone in Africa who made changes to MY account! Now they're telling me the credit was already applied and there's nothing they can do. This is ridiculous!
