Adding some insight: When attempting to pay my bill instore (Tmobil eliminated machine option) for the 3rd time. The employee was not attentive and nore listened well. Had little rapport and was not polite, Had poor communication skills. “Come back tomorrow and try again” was what she said. This occured in Canovanas, Puerto Rico. I really hope HR reads this.
