Anyway to appeal this?
We were told at the store when we switched to T-Mobile that we qualified (or rather our plan qualified) for a bonus (reward) of two pre-paid virtual Mastercards. The sum quoted was a great bonus and we even bought new phones. Now the virtual cards have been denied (see below). I’m so annoyed I’m thinking of paying off the phones and switching to another service. Is there a way to appeal the Rewards determination before doing this?

Submit it again. I've read a lot of post like yours that were denied the first time.
I also suggest contacting TMobile support using messenger on one of their social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter they also are a higher tier of support.

Thanks! It’s hard to get through via the phone and I didn’t see an email option. I didn’t think of FB messenger. Good to know.
