Zip code 71909 FAILURE
A significant percentage of zip code 71909 is without any service or very poor service with a tower without power. T-Mobile called 1st electric co-op and they would not respond to the service request. I called 1st Electric and they informed me it is not their electrical lines. T-Mobile said they are trying to find someone to provide service to the tower. Apparently T-Mobile does not own the tower, can some VP call the owner possibly AT&T to find out to whom the pay the electric bill to? This has been going on for 4 days!!!
This is insane! Wednesday 11/27 at 3:00pm all cell service & home internet stopped, and no one at T-mobile can (or will) do anything about it! Changing my service to T-Mobile is one of the worst decisions I've made in a while.
