Watch Phone Lines

Hi, 

My wife has been in T-Mobile Support hell.  She has spent at least 11 hours on the phone trying to solve the problems with both our watch lines. 

We both upgraded our Apple watches.  We were told the lines were moved over to the upgraded watch but neither watch rings if the phone is off and the watch should be connected to cellular service.  We have tried many times parining and unparing the watches, T-Mobile has done all sorts of things to the lines on their end, they have added the lines to the phone.  All to no avail.  

We have also had multiple issues buying insurance.  During the last call my wife had with support the woman she was talking to deleted and re-added her line. During this process she dropped the insurance for my wife's watch now she cannot even use the device with WiFi.  

We just want to speak to someone who can help us.  My wife is very kind on the phone and has been hung up on just asking to escalate the call further after spending another three hours over the weekend with a supervisor who was unable to help.  

Please help!
