Unable to retrieve my $300 dollar prepaid card
So I signed up for TMobile home internet and so far it’s been great but I’ve been trying for a month to sign up for my “$300 dollar prepaid card” and I cannot get it accomplished.. Anyone else have issues ?
Last year I spent hours and hours on the line with TMobile customer service trying to resolve the prepaid card issue. Mine also was a “sign up for Internet” promotion. It took months to have access to it. If I’m not mistaken, they allow 30 days before the promo expires so you might want to reach out to customer service, in an effort to stay within that 30 days at least. According to my calendar it was a solid 6 months lol before I had an actual card number to use. But hopefully it’s not like this for most customers. Hope that helps. Good luck
