troubles calling

recently my daughters and I started having issues calling  We have had one or two bars of 5G and can not complete a phone call. During calls, calls will drop or sound robotic. Sometimes the call would last 2  minutes, sometimes 4 minutes. having to make multiple call backs to finish a short call. Not sure what is going on.  We have shut off and restarted phones several times.  any ideas what may be happening?  We have never had issues on tmobile before.

  • What devices are you using (make and model)?  If your SIM cards are more than a few years old.  It might be worth while to replace them.  Are your devices fully up to date, including all of your apps?  Have you tried perfoing a Network Reset from within the devices Settings followed by powering the devices off for a minimum of 5 minutes to allow their connections to the T-Mobile network to refresh?

Is it just in one location or everywhere?  If it's everywhere, you may want to visit your local Tobile store and replace the SIM cards.  If it is in ome specific location.  There might be some new source.of interferemce nearby.  Construction is a common source.of temporary interference.  The vegetation.growth in the spring and summer months can also impact.coverage.  I used to get no service at my old apartment in the smer when all of the trees sprouted leaves but late fall toid spring, I had 2 bars.

We all have apple devices, one 11, one 12 and one 14.  I believe we have them set to auto update for iOS updates.  I am not sure about individual apps.  We did shut them off for 5 mins or more multiple times.  The first time, it seems to help for about a week, then shutting them off and restarting didnt work anymore.  we have not tried the network reset because I wasnt sure if that would erase anything off the phones themselves that we would need to save.  We did take them of autoconnect network selection and put them specifically on Tmobile network but that did not help.
