This is my first time having something bad to say

So I was trying to upgrade my phone because they had any trade in for iPhone 16 pro on them and I asked every question I need to ask and was told I was going to get the phone for 0 dollars and I look at my bill and they are charging me for the phone and then they turn around and say well we can give you 24 dollar bill credit but I want what I was told I was getting. Because I wouldn’t have gotten it if I was told yeah no we can’t give you the iPhone on us I wouldn’t have kept my phone that I had. This is made disappointing and very upsetting to me because I basically was taking around the mulberry bush with T this !!

    This is exactly what happened to me. I spent a lot of time on the phone. In tge end, I am still paying monthly for the phone that was supposed to be free!! It is unbelievable and has happened to so many customers!! I will b done with Tmobile once this phone is paid.  By the time u realize it on your bill, you can’t do anything. The reps lie to u too! I was told numerous times it would be fixed and never was. It was the manager at the Hackettstown Tmobile store!! THIEF!!!

    This is the exact thing that happened to me, and I am beyond upset that I can't get one person to understand that I only purchased iPhone 16 because it was supposed to be free with any trade in.  I have been going back and forth for 3 months.  How can this be rectified?  T-Mobile customer service was exceptional.  I will definitely be switching to another carrier

      It is so unfair and very upsetting to be lied to. I finally gave up. I would have never traded my phone in if it wasn’t free.  I was told it would be corrected and it never was. Still paying monthly.  Should have stayed with Verizon!! At least they never lied!!!
