Starlink Beta on iPhone 14 Pro Max - second SIM

I received the acknowledgment to download the eSIM as a second number on my iPhone 14 Pro Max.  Everything went smoothly, I received a confirmation text with my T-Mobile phone number, and received the text that I was connected to the T-Satelite beta.

However, it isn’t working.  I do not get the T-mobile or Starlink notice in the top left of my screen.  I was out at the lake last weekend with no cell coverage and it did not access Starlink or give me any indication that it was going to.  The only option I received was the normal Apple satellite coverage. 

Should I reinstall the eSIM and, if so, how do I do that?  I do have my primary carrier (Verizon) set up for voice and text and just have my secondary (T-Mobile) eSIM for cellular data.

Thank you in advance.  I tried calling the normal customer tech support and they didn’t seem to have a very strong understanding of the Starlink Beta and how it integrates.
