Solution to Sim Lock on my iPhone 13 Pro max
Hello,
Please my iPhone 13 Pro Max which was gifted to me by my Aunt who lives in the USA is on sim lock, kindly assist me on how to unlock the sim so I could make use of my German sim on it because I am currently studying in Germany at the moment.

Your aunt needs to request the code if she's a T-Mobile customer and meets all the requirements

My Aunt has gone to the T-mobile offfice where she bought the phone with the details of the phone she requested from me, and they told her that there’s no locking of sim card, and that anyone can remove a SIM card and replace it with another
They went further after much argument to tell her to bring the phone to the store for them to look at.. and there’s no how I can be able to do that because I don’t live in the US rather studying in Germany.
Please is there another way I could resolve this problem over here in Germany from the US online/remotely?
Unfortunately there's no other way, she should of unlocked it before she sent it to you.
