SIM Unlock Iphone
I used to live in USA but now I moved to pakistan
I Bought A Second Hand IPhone XR here and it is locked to T-Mobile
IMEI:356426109883998
Please Check if my device is eligible and unlock it as soon as possible

You don't meet the requirements. If you did, you would call Customer Care at 611 from your T-Mobile line, verify your account and device usage and eligibility requirements on your account, and then the SIM unlock request would be sent to Apple to fulfill. Requests sent to Apple can take up to 3 weeks and sometimes longer.
Never buy a used USA carrier iPhone in another country since that phone need to meet the requirements on the account that it was on.
To qualify for a SIM unlock. You must be a T-Mobile USA customer, the device must be SIM locked and sold by T-Mobile or an authorized retailer, and your device and account must meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.
