prison phone calls, not coming through
Can anyone help me please? I have been dealing with not receiving phone calls from my friend in prison. This is been going on for months now. I ended up buying a new phone thinking it was my phone and it’s not. I’ve had the spam block I’ve been back-and-forth with securest and T-Mobile and nothing seems to work. I need some help please or do I switch carriers Can somebody please help me this is very frustrating and my friend is thinking it’s me.
If you have T-Life installed,
- Open the app
- Scroll down to Benefits section
- Tap Scam Shield
- Scroll to Recent Activity
- Find the phone number in the list and tap it
- Tap Allow Calls
- You’re all set
i tried T-Mobile customer care as well and their autobot didn’t provide me this simple solution. However I did see the calls in the list and they were automatically blocked by the app. Hope this helps.
I can't get my husband's call either. Has your issue been fixed? I may need to change carriers.
