New User phone and text down
Just switched from Verizon today. Was assured of seamless transfer and initially it was, but tonight phone and text are down. Utilities/Settings/General/About/Carrier lock = no restrictions. But I see that TMobile in posted for “personal”, but Verizon is still listed as “primary.” Advice?

It sounds like Verizon hasn't fully released your number. They do this in the hope that you can back. If this doesn't resolve itself in 24 hours, contact their support and make sure they release it or file an FCC complaint against them if they don't.
