Missing text
My T-Mobile “Messages”usage log is not reflecting the actual texts sent or received. The majority of actual texts are completely missing from the usage log. I would like to know why.
They say they do not list in the usage details apple to apple text messages. So you only list texts from androids, etc T-Mobile?
My other line isn't showing my number when I text or they text back. Only codes on the other line used. Only a couple phone numbers but usually just codes, like 2300, 85423, 27512. Showed all the numbers until after Christmas. Why?
It seems to be happening to a lot of people. Sometimes things get screwed up when phones aren’t updated maybe that’s something to check?
Our phones have been updated recently so don't think it's that. Been suspicious since Christmas
