You can reach out to Customer Care at 611 or send a DM or T-Mobile on Twitter.or Facebook to see if they can keep your account on paper bills that are mailed to you.

read the fine print and you’ll see that they say this can happen.
so...are they saying theyre switching you to paperless billing or did you receive a text saying the plan youre currently on will be getting changed?
