I need t-moblie support, I call 611, I call other numbers - one call lasted 47 minutes had to hang up no answered, tried later 32 minutes no answer, and now I called 62 minutes no answer...added up over 2-hours listen to crapy music. Forget my My problem, I am calling to cancel tmobile, enough of this crap. going back to Verizon a Professioanl organiztion. Will someone tell how to communicate with support ! ! so I can cancel
physically go into a store? you can try contacting them through either Facebook or Twitter...but i think in the end the store route will get it taken care of quicker.
