Is there a way to look up your device history? I need the IMEI of my previous phones. Thanks!

If you purchased those devices from T-Mobile. They might be available on your bill at the te of purchase. For any bill older than 18 months, you will need to visit a T-Mobile store to have those printed for you.
Just from usage, the IMEI of the device being used is shown because the device is in use. If you out your SIM im another device, that IMEI number is replaced and the IMEI from the old devixe is eventually discarded. This is why it is important for any insurance claim that the claim be filed before you use anither device because the insurance only applies to the device currently / last device used when the claim is filed.
