How do I remove a device from my account that I no longer have

  • if you don’t have the device with you anymore and you have a new or other existing device that you would like to activate on that specific line that the device is attach to you can simply activate the phone. If it is supported by e-sim or physical sim you can simply visit your nearest local store and have the e-sim installed or psim activated for you to use the phone. If you have an installment plan attach to it or if there is a promotion that still on going, activating other device will not affect the promotion unless otherwise you wanted to completely remove the line you will still be responsible to pay for the remaining balance on the device.

    If it is a device that is on a EIP.  You are still responsable for it.
