blacklisted iphone
Hi, I had lost my phone for like 2 weeks, and today I got a box on the mail with all my belonging that I had lost, how do I proceed to clean the blacklisted status on my phone?
You need to call Tmobile support to change the status of the phone. If you did an insurance claim you will probably need to send it in.
Also try checking your MyTmobile account to see if you can change it there.
