This has suddenly started happening to me as well! I have two separate TMo lines on separate billings (office and home). Both Samsung phones. Now neither of them can receive texts from Switzerland. I can send and they are received, but I cannot get responses. Help!
FYI All was fine in January so something changed between then and now.
