UPS can't find my phone
My phone was shipped 12 days ago and USPS can’t flocate it. I have insurance but I don’t know what to do about it.
Conttact Customer Care at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter and have them open up an investigation for your shipment. They will let you know what your options are.
