trouble with gmail account
I just got a new phone and my Gmail account will not open any photos. My old phone, fine, my desk top fine, but the new phone there is no preview and it then states, cannot open photo. I went back to the T Mobil store and two agents tried unsuccessfuly to fix problem, They could not help me. Any advice?

Have you checked the settings on the phone to see if there's a limitation on the size of the attachment?

Have you sync’d the photos with the new device? Sometimes that sync can take a while to catch up depending on how many photos you have in Google Photos.

Have you tried deleting the account from the phone then reinstalling your Google account?
