trade in phone
The same thing was with me. I was supposed to receive a new phone after my trade in and the excuse was that the phone had water damage.
Great way to scam people. I will switch as soon I feel like it. I'm not loyal to any of them
Completely blindsided by their claim of water damage. Phone was in pristine condition when I mailed it in. Got it back with gouge marks on the charging port and evidence that they opened that port for no apparent reason. Customer care promised a manual application of the promotion because of my situation. Even though I had an screenshot of that promise, they refused to honor it. Absolutely NO loyalty to these guys. Contact me if you’d like to start a class action lawsuit.
