still deserve service

Bought an A15 on prepaid plan 6/15 and have never been able to send or receive mms messages. Have spent 8+hrs in tmobile stores...have spent 3+hrs w samsung and affilates...EVEN SENT PHONE BACK!! Received it back today and STILL  CANNOT send or receive mms messages on a15...
