Sprint to TMobile Migration Issue
Recently converted from Sprint to TMobile and in the process, updated to an S20 from an earlier samsung model. I can receive texts from Sprint contacts, but unable to receive any calls from Sprint or TMobile contacts (my phone doesn’t even ring and Sprint/TMobile contacts hear message “We are unable to complete your call. Message 12 VG201”). I can receive calls from other carrier contacts and can make calls and texts to anyone. Any idea why I can’t receive calls from Sprint/TMobile contacts?
First try calling 611 and explaining the issue. If they can’t fix it then try T-Mobile Help on Twitter. No one here has access to your account.
