Slow Charging and losing charge fast

TCL Stylus 5G is slow charging and a fully charged battery loses charge fast.

    Are you using the correct type of charger for the device?  The charger it comes with or one sold by TCL would be the best for compatibility.  

    Have you checked to see if there are any specific apps you are running that are draining your battery more than you might have expected?  Are there too many apps running in the background?
