Hello, I’ve been searching for a solution for unable to download attachments in the Gmail app on this device. I recently got the new phone about 2 weeks ago. I’ve done the “fixes” seen in the Google ...
so if you download the Gmail app itself and use that are you able to add attachments again? if yes then the issue is between Outlook and Gmail with compatibility. best bet for this would be to contact the Outlook devs to see what is going on and if there is a fix or work around fix for it.
