  • Hi Syaoran,  

     

    That’s what tech support had me do last night. Tech support also stated they are doing some 5G upgrades which could be causing this for the next 24 to 48 hours. I hope this will be over soon due to I was having the same issue last week.

    Have you tried performing a Network Reset on your device?

  • I work from home so I would say mostly home based. But when I did move around it did happen in other locations. I was able to speak with tech support about it yesterday.  Much appreciated.

  • is it location based? as in it only happens in one general area or once it starts happening it doesnt matter where you are at?
