Pages not opening or not connecting
If I’m in an area where I’m not connected to a wifi, how does my Samsung Android access the internet
Hey there @RbDoc71 Have you been able to get your phone working on mobile data yet? Normally the phone will switch from Wifi to Mobile data automatically, but you need to have both features turned on in settings.
Our Internet and data issues Support page has some troubleshooting flows that can help you out. If you are still having issues connecting to data while you’re out and about, let us know what you have already done and we can offer more help.
Samsung S22. The Only time it works is in a phone store where they have powerful wifi.
mobile data would need to be turned on (its automatically turned on). which phone do you have?
The phone connects by either cellular service or wifi.
