Over seas agents lie
Ive been with T mobile 12 years and looking to exit now. Over seas reps lied to me and changed my Grandfathered plan increased my bill and no one can fix the problem! The wait time is 2 hours. Looking for a lawyer to help me now. Avoid t mobile!!!
Try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.
BTW if you agreed to Tmobile’s terms and conditions you need to take them to arbitration so save the money on the lawyer.
