Motorola g play 2023 help

My device magnet mobile app is stuck trying to start up. The circle just keeps spinning. I swiped down my screen it says MCM client and I noticed some of my system apps that came factory such as the Moto camera app and device health management app says no longer compatible with my device contact the app developer. Does anyone know what this means? Or how I can fix it?
