i cant hear caller but they hear me
When i use phone, i will be talking, all fine, but then randomly, i wont be able to hear them but they clearly hear me
Multiple people and some are Iphone some Android, I do try turning it off and waiting and then turning it back on sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn't I haven't done the factory reset I'm just wondering if I just should get a new phone
Does this happen with just one person or multiple? Are they T-Mobile customers as well or on other carriers? What device are you using? Have you tried performing a Network Reset on your device from within the settings followed by powering off the device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the network?
