I been charged for games from my cash app to Google play

That is an issue you need to reach out to Google for. T-Mobile has nothing to do with the Google Play Store or what Google bills for the games, apps, ebooks, and other purchases you make through their store. You might want to start by changing your Giogle password while you reach out to Google.
I would recommend that you contact both google and cash app along with changing your passwords.
