how to get a full list of all calls (in/out) from phone

is there any way, app, or Tmobile online, that i can get  a  FULL list of all calls (incomming, outgoing)   in the form of a plain text file ?

 

i know how to see recent calls.  i want a list in a plain text file.  i am using a Samsung S22.

    You can go to your MyTmobile account and download your bill to pdf format.

    You could technically use SMS Back Up and Restore to only back up the call log.  I don't think it saves to a txt file though.
